By submitting research through the Researchers Portal, you confirm that the work is your own (or that you have the right to submit it), that it has not been fraudulently represented, and that you agree to participate honestly in the peer-review process. While our editorial process aims to be accurate and rigorous, Medha Niketan does not guarantee that every published item is error-free, and responsibility for the accuracy of a submission’s content rests with its author(s). Separately, registered users may also use instant-publish areas of the portal – the Document Library, PhD Theses, Dissertations, Internship Reports, and Books & Book Chapters – to upload material directly, without editorial peer review; it becomes visible to other users as soon as it is uploaded. By uploading to any of these areas, you confirm that you own the rights to the material or otherwise have permission to share it (for a book chapter, this includes any rights required from its publisher or co-authors), and that it does not infringe anyone else’s copyright. You may edit or remove your own uploads at any time from your dashboard, and Medha Niketan may remove any uploaded item, without notice, if it is found to violate these Terms.
